The three stages
After a free 30-minute call to see if we're a fit, we work 1:1 for 4 to 6 weeks, with concrete outcomes at every stage.
- Profile and positioning A review of your CV and LinkedIn from a real recruiter's perspective. I show you what happens when they open your profile, and what to change so you don't get rejected in seven seconds.
- Networking and job search A strategy to find the roles where you actually stand a chance, activate your network, and message recruiters in a way that gets a reply.
- Storytelling and interviews We build your professional narrative with real STAR examples and close with a mock interview and direct feedback.
What it costs
Full mentoring: four 1:1 sessions of 60 minutes, optimised CV, cover letter and LinkedIn, an active job search plan with metrics, and WhatsApp support between sessions.
A single session, to tackle one specific thing: a career change, a salary negotiation, a search that isn't moving. No commitment to continue.
