About me

I've been on the other side of the table.

I'm Micaela Jairedin, a career mentor and certified ontological coach. I've spent more than 17 years in HR and recruiting, and I've run more than 800 selection processes across Europe and LATAM.

I've worked as a department lead, area manager and senior recruiter, at companies including Amazon. Which means I've been the person who opens your CV, decides within seconds whether to keep reading, and then sits across from you in the interview.

Why I do this

I watched hundreds of capable people get left out. Not for lack of experience, but because of how they were positioned: a CV that didn't say what the person was worth, a LinkedIn nobody could find, an interview where they told their own story badly.

From the inside I couldn't do anything for them: my job was to filter. Today my job is the opposite, and I use exactly the same criteria — only on your side.

What makes this different from internet advice

This isn't motivation. It's strategy. You won't leave with phrases to cheer you up, but with a different CV, a LinkedIn that shows up in searches, and answers you've prepared.

How I work

It always starts the same way: a 30-minute call, free and with no commitment, to understand where you are. If I see that what you need isn't mentoring, I'll tell you and point you somewhere useful anyway.

From there, three paths: the Express CV if you only need the documents, a single session to solve one specific thing, or the full mentoring over 4 to 6 weeks.

Let's talk for 30 minutes

Free and with no commitment. You tell me where you are and I'll tell you honestly what I'd do in your place.
